INITIAL CONSULTATION AND WALK THOUGH 

All of our services start with an Initial Consultation working session and walk through.  This way we can better serve the home seller by assessing first what should be done to the home in order for it to show better and sell faster. A Life is a Stage consultant will spend time with the home seller and preferably with a Realtor walking through the home and discussing needs, wants, goals and expectations.  During this time the home seller will get information on how to address each room so it shows to its fullest potential.  

½ DAY STAGING

Includes 10+ page Action Plan 

This is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise.  The Life is a Stage team will be developing a detailed worksheet that will be given to the home seller to help with the transformations.  We will work with the home seller to focus the priority of the transformations and complete them to your satisfaction. 

FULL DAY STAGING

We spend a full day completing our detailed Action Plan making the transformations to your home.  The difference in your home will be dramatic.  Life is a Stage promises to make a significant difference to your home your buyers will respond to. 

NEW LISTING or OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND 

This service is ideal for the house that is just about to go on the market or have an Open House in order to make a great first impression.  Life is a Stage will spend two full days prior to the weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream.  We will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  This process will ensure that the Home owner will get top dollar for their property.

INTERIOR REDESIGN 

We will review the home, map out furniture layout and plan accessories to complement your existing home décor.  We can offer clutter elimination for better organizational efficiency.  We help you with paint color, linens, wall coverings, window coverings, to make a cohesive weave of color throughout your home. 

PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE 

We will work with your budget and shop for those accessories that serve as enhancements in the sale or redesign of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the ambiance of a room.  We will get “designer discounts” on what we purchase for you.
