Successful staging creates an environment of warmth and
hospitality. We will include everything from the front
sidewalk to the back fence. A house listed for sale
requires expert packaging that exhibits a difference between
it and the other houses listed in the same category.
Life is a Stage is the provider of that difference to
distinguish your house from others. Your home has to be made
to enable the buyer to see themselves as residents there and
this makes all the difference.

We will create a “WOW” factor. We build emotional
connection points so the buyers desire this house.

We will walk through the house and take note of our
first impressions. What stands out, what gives us negative
impressions and what gives us the feeling of home.

Eliminate the clutter. We will start packing things
away in order to create a more open and spacious feel.

Emphasizing Positives and Downplaying Negatives.
Finding natural focal points, what we love about the rooms
and hide or detract from negative issues.

Focusing on lighting and color, we will make each
room into a bright, warm, and inviting space that buyers
will respond to.

Buyers Appeal. In order for a buyer to feel at home,
they need not to be reminded of this being someone else’s
home. We will depersonalize the space to appeal to the
broadest pallet of design preferences, while retaining its
warmth.

We will update the style of the times so buyer feels
they are getting the latest and greatest.

Cleaning and Repairs. Sometimes the “dirty work” is
overlooked because you’ve lived here for a time. Let’s get
rid of the buyer’s mental “repair list” by doing it
ourselves. A buyer wants to see a home that is “move-in”
ready.
